Modern Thai Cooking was designed to demystify Thai cooking so even the avid novice can learn.

Ever wanted to cook something you had eaten at a Thai restaurant and didn’t know where to start? Cookbooks only teach so far — actually watching someone prepare a dish in your own time is the key to understanding. Most of us don’t have enough time to attend a cooking class and those spare moments here and there is all we have to work with.

Each Thai dish is a tutorial showing each step from preparation to cooking methods. The video tutorials sections have been broken down and designed to be short for learning on the go, as we know interruptions cannot be foreseen or even a phone call or two.
